Back to Eden Garden (Sustainable Permaculture with Permanent Wood Chip Mulch) Step 1: Site Selection
After watching the “Back to Eden” film demonstrating the effectiveness of sustainable permaculture established by applying and maintaining a permanent mulch covering, we were convinced that we should transition our gardens using the same methods.

We currently have two areas fenced in as garden spots, and are planning now to begin the transition as soon as the weather allows. Our goal has always been sustainability and self-sufficiency, and after watching the film and many, many YouTube videos posted by others using permanent mulch, it seemed obvious to us that this is a necessary step in the right direction. We will provide video updates of our progress, so please Subscribe!
